Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Vipe, including our website, software, wallet pass services, and related products. By accessing or using Vipe, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Vipe provides digital loyalty card tools that allow businesses to create and manage wallet-based loyalty experiences, including Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, rewards, and related communications.

2. Who may use Vipe

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Vipe as a business customer. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to use certain parts of Vipe. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, without limitation, using Vipe to break the law, interfere with the service, abuse promotions, upload harmful material, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe the rights of others.

5. Wallet passes and promotions

You are responsible for the offers, reward rules, promotions, and customer-facing content you create using Vipe. You must ensure that your promotions are lawful, accurate, and clearly communicated to your customers.

6. Billing and payments

Paid plans, subscriptions, and related purchases are processed through Stripe or another payment provider we may use. Fees are due as described at checkout or in your subscription plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Changes to plans or service

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Vipe from time to time. We may also update pricing, features, or plan limits. Where appropriate, we will give reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual property

Vipe and all related branding, software, design, content, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You retain ownership of content you provide, but you give us the rights needed to operate the service for you.

9. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Vipe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will always meet every business need.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vipe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

11. Termination

You may stop using Vipe at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, fail to pay fees, or create risk or harm for us, our users, or others.

12. Privacy

Your use of Vipe is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Vipe after an update means you accept the revised terms.
