1. What Vipe does
Vipe provides digital loyalty cards that businesses can offer to their customers through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Customers can collect rewards, receive updates, and return more easily without downloading an app.

We may collect information you provide directly to us, including:

- business name
- job title
- username and password
- billing and mailing address

- support requests and communications with us
We may also collect information automatically when you use our website or services, including:

- activity related to use of our website, wallet passes, and account features

- provide and operate Vipe

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card information ourselves. Stripe processes payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

We may share personal information with service providers that help us operate Vipe, such as providers for hosting, analytics, authentication, communications, and payment processing. These may include providers such as Stripe, Vercel, Resend, and other infrastructure tools we use to run the service.

Vipe is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
